PGT Charter Solutions t/a Intelli.Jet - Group Membership Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st February 2024
ALL group members will pay a membership fee to gain access to the private group. The fee will depend on the members country of residence and these fee's are outlined within this website at www.intellijet.co.uk/group-info, and are non-negotiable.
Furthermore, memberships are not transferable and NOT refundable.
Once membership has been established, membership will end on the last day of that month at midnight local time, unless a member has requested recurring billing in which case it will end when the member requests cancellation. Cancellation will be actioned as soon as the request is received, and the member will be notified via email of their cancellation, and removal from the group. their membership after cancellation will remain in place until the end of that calendar month. They may re-join at any time upon a new request, and receival of a further membership fee.
Using the recurring payment (FuturePay) system. (optional)
Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreements is an online arrangement similar to Standing Orders and Direct Debits, but funds can also be debited from your debit or credit card.
Recurring Payment (FuturePay) Terms and Conditions
Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreements may be set up between you and PGT Charter Solutions Ltd t/a Intelli.Jet (us) to obtain a membership payment on a monthly basis for ongoing membership fees.
Each time a payment is debited from your card or bank account as part of your agreement, a transaction confirmation email is generated by WorldPay and sent to the email address we have on record for you, entered when your agreement was created.
