Which cryptocurrencies do we accept?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, TRX, USDC, USDT, Dai, BNB, BUSD.

Which cryptocurrency wallets can I use?

The most popular cryptocurrency wallets, such as MetaMask, Ledger, Trust Wallet, Crypto.com, Exodus, Rainbow, Argent, are accepted.

How fast does cryptocurrency payment work?

95% of crypto-to-fiat payments are processed within 5 minutes or less, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 business days.

What does the purchasing process look like?

We provide a secure Swapin payment link. You can either connect your wallet and send the crypto directly, or follow the manual process to send crypto to the provided address/QR code. The intermediary confirms receipt, converts to fiat and transfers funds to our bank; the page shows "Waiting for Crypto", "Crypto received" and "Transfer complete" messages during the process.

Can I connect my wallet or do a manual transfer?

Yes. For speed and convenience you can "connect wallet" (e.g., MetaMask). Alternatively, use the manual option to copy the provided wallet address or scan the QR code and send the crypto.

Is the payment secure and who processes it?

Payments are processed via our partner Swapin, a licensed crypto payment provider that acts as the intermediary converting crypto to fiat before payment reaches our bank account.

Are there fees for paying with crypto?

Network (blockchain) fees and a service/processing fee from the intermediary (Swapin) may apply. Fee levels vary by coin, network congestion and the payment volume; check the payment page or Swapin's fee schedule for current details.

What if I need a refund or the transaction is cancelled?

Refunds/cancellations are governed by the payment intermediary's terms. Swapin's T&Cs describe refund and cancellation rules (including timeframes and possible service fee deductions), so check the payment confirmation and terms when you pay.

Do you still accept credit/debit cards?

Yes — we continue to accept standard credit and debit card payments in addition to cryptocurrency.

Will I receive an invoice or receipt for a crypto payment?

Yes — you will receive standard payment confirmation and receipts. Swapin also supports business payment flows and invoicing for merchants; request an invoice when you book.

Are there tax implications when I pay with crypto?

Yes — converting or disposing of crypto may create taxable events under UK rules. Please consult your tax adviser or HMRC guidance for how crypto payments affect your tax position.
