Intelli.Jet operates exclusively as an air charter broker. We do not own, lease, or operate aircraft. All flights are performed by independent, licensed third-party air carriers that retain full operational control.

Prices quoted are based on aircraft availability at the time of enquiry and may change prior to confirmation.
Payments must be made in full as per the agreed booking terms. Late payment may result in cancellation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the terms of the operating carrier and may incur fees.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the carrier’s terms.
Certain bookings may be non-refundable.
6. Travel Documents and Compliance
It is the sole responsibility of the main charterer and ALL passengers to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other travel documentation required for your journey. Any out of date documentation may result in a refusal to fly, with no refund being offered.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and security requirements of the departure and destination countries.
7. Liability
Intelli.Jet is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense caused by third-party operators, weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Intelli.Jet acts solely in the capacity of an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier, air operator, or an air transportation provider. Intelli.Jet does not own, lease, or operate any aircraft and does not maintain operational control of flights. All air transportation services are provided by properly licensed and certified third-party air carriers.
For flights originating in or destined for the United States, all air carriers are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) in accordance with 14 CFR Part 135 or other applicable regulations. For flights within the European Union or the European Economic Area, all carriers hold a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by a competent civil aviation authority under EASA or national standards. For other jurisdictions, all carriers are duly authorized under the applicable aviation laws and regulations of the relevant state.
All carriers retain and exercise full operational control over flights at all times. Intelli.Jet’s role is limited to facilitating the arrangement of air transportation services on behalf of its clients.
