A) Available for charters booked to operate in AUGUST 2025 ONLY. Any charter booked in August, but to operate in any other month, does not qualify. Broker fees are normally calculated on a percentage basis with the minimum being 3.5% of the total charter price, including all taxes and fees.

B) Offer applies to all regular (or full) one way charter flight options - empty legs bookings do NOT qualify. For a return flight, £350* will be added per sector (£700* for two sectors, £1050* for three sectors etc).

C) £350* cap (or equivalent in € (Euro) or $ (USD) applies) depending on the operators home currency. Equivalent will be calculated at time of quotation using www.xe.com

D) Does not affect any refund policy in place at time of booking confirmation.

E) If a flight is confirmed, and a change needs to be made, the special offer will be null and void. This applies to changes such as date of flight, number of passengers, departure or arrival point changes.

F) This offer is open to all Intelli.Jet customers, whether new or existing.

G) No limit on the routings that qualify. Any route the client needs in August 2025, will be subject to the £350* cap, regardless of origin, destination, or date in August 2025.

H) This offer does not affect your statutory rights.
