How do I join the Intelli.Jet Facebook Group?
Click the 'Join Group' button on the Intelli.Jet Facebook Group page. The group is free to join but may require admin approval. If you experience any issues while joining, email charter@intellijet.co.uk or call +44 (0)7507 604001 for help.
Is membership free?
Yes — membership of the Intelli.Jet Facebook Group is free. There is no obligation to book services by joining.
Who can join the group?
Anyone with an interest in private jet travel may request to join. Intelli.Jet reserves the right to vet applicants and approve or decline membership; priority may be given to clients, partners and verified accounts.
What kind of content is shared in the group?
Typical posts include Intelli.Jet announcements, travel tips, industry news, community Q&A and promotional offers. When available, the group may share empty-leg notifications and time-limited deals; always check the pinned post for current group rules and benefits.
Are offers and empty-leg posts guaranteed?
No. Offers and empty-leg opportunities posted in the group are subject to operator availability and can change or be cancelled at short notice. For a firm booking, request an official quote via the website or contact charter@intellijet.co.uk
Can I post promotions or commercial links in the group?
Check the group rules (usually pinned at the top). Unsolicited promotional posts are commonly restricted; if you are a commercial partner or have a promotional proposal, contact the group admins first to request permission.
How is my privacy handled in the group?
Posts and profile information you share in the group are visible to other members according to the group’s privacy setting. Meta/Facebook collects and processes data under its privacy policy; Intelli.Jet only receives the information you choose to share in the group or that you provide directly to us. How do I report a post or a member?
Use Facebook's 'Report' option on the post or profile to notify Meta, and/or contact the group admins or moderators so they can review and take action (warn, remove post, mute or remove members) per the group rules.
How do I leave the group?
Open the group on Facebook, use the 'Joined' menu and select 'Leave Group'. You will stop receiving notifications and will be removed from the member list; Facebook does not notify members that you left.

For flights originating in or destined for the United States, all air carriers are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) in accordance with 14 CFR Part 135 or other applicable regulations. For flights within the European Union or the European Economic Area, all carriers hold a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by a competent civil aviation authority under EASA or national standards. For other jurisdictions, all carriers are duly authorized under the applicable aviation laws and regulations of the relevant state.
All carriers retain and exercise full operational control over flights at all times. Intelli.Jet’s role is limited to facilitating the arrangement of air transportation services on behalf of its clients.
